Deep Ocean Water Application Society, Taiwan Society of Deep Ocean Water Resource Application and Korean Society of Deep Ocean Water Application (hereinafter referred to as "the three parties"), fully recognizing the necessity and importance of academic exchange and closer cooperation between the three parties in fields of deep ocean water applications, have agreed the following.

1. The three parties shall exchange and cooperate to contribute to development of deep ocean water applications.

2. The three parties shall encourage the following activities:
(1) Participation of members in annual meeting of each other;
(2) Submission of papers to journal of each other;
(3) Publication of reports in newsletter or magazine of each other;
(4) Other activities as may be mutually agreed by the three parties to this Agreement.

3. This Agreement shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of signing. Where there are no written proposals for the alteration or termination of the Agreement from either party before the expiration of the period, the Agreement shall be renewed every three (3) years.

4. This Agreement is made in English. Three copies shall be produced, and each party shall keep one copy.
